DDR5 LONG-DIMM
The next-generation Simorchip DDR5 LONG-DIMM
4800 / 5600Mbps memory modules share the same physical dimensions and pin count as DDR4, with the most noticeable difference being the slightly shifted notch position for foolproof installation.DDR5 also integrates I/O resistors and CMD/ADD resistors directly into the chip, resulting in a cleaner appearance compared to DDR4.
Additionally, the front side features a newly added PMIC-Power Management IC, which provides stable power delivery to the DDR5 module. Operating at just 1.1V, it offers an 8% improvement in energy efficiency over DDR4.

Product Technology

On-die ECC Mechanism
DDR5 adopts a dual independent 32-bit channel transmission architecture, allowing for more memory
bank groups and banks, which provides over twice the storage capacity compared to the previous generation.
The ECC (Error-Correcting Code) functionality is built
directly into the memory chips, eliminating the need for
CPU-based correction. With an on-die ECC mechanism, each chip can automatically correct bit errors, enhancing data accuracy and improving overall system stability.

With the expanded DDR5 chip architecture, the most
significant change is the simultaneous boost in
bandwidth and frequency.
The Simorchip DDR5 LONG-DIMM 4800 / 5600Mbps
memory modules start at 4800MT/s, delivering a
bandwidthof up to 38.4GB/s, which is a 50% increase
compared to DDR4-3200. Additionally, DDR5’s Burst Length
and Prefetch have both been doubled, further
enhancing overall performance.
Blazing Performance,
Noticeable Upgrade

By incorporating a Power Management IC (PMIC),
DDR5 not only provides more stable power delivery,
but also operates at a lower voltage, making it more
energy-efficient than the DDR4 generation.
Carefully selected high-quality memory chips
combined with a premium PCB ensure high-speed
and stable clock performance, making it especially
suitable for speed-seeking gamers and
overclocking enthusiasts.
